Shared checklists

Splitting costs is half of any group plan. The other half is remembering who's doing what. Checklists put both in the same app.

A checklist lives alongside a group or a friend pair. Everyone who’s a member sees the same list, ticks items off in real time, and can turn a completed item straight into a shared expense.

Create a checklist

  1. 1

    Open the Checklist tab

Inside a group (or a friend), switch to Checklist.
  2. 2

    Add items

“Book the Airbnb”, “Rental car deposit”, “Groceries for day 1” — one line each.
  3. 3

    Assign owners

Tag who’s responsible so nothing falls through the cracks.
  4. 4

    Check things off together

As people complete tasks, the list updates live for everyone in the group.

Your progress stays yours

Some checklist state is private per person, while the shared list is visible to all members — so personal notes don’t clutter the group view.

From checked to charged

When someone actually pays for a checklist item, turn it into an expense in a couple of taps — pre-filled with the description so it flows straight into the group’s running balance. Planning and settling never leave the same screen.

💡Great for trips, dinners, and shared homes

Anything with a to-do list and a bill attached — a weekend away, a group dinner, a flat you share — is exactly what checklists are built for.
